Long bookings (more than 2weeks) and off season (low) are negotiable.
All prices are applicable to the amount of people advertised. Any increase in the amount of people must be noted on the booking form and will be subject to an additional charge.
The rental period is from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and to 9.30am on the day of departure.
Security Deposit - This is payable ON ARRIVAL - we require 150€ in Cash. The security deposit will be returned within 3 days of your stay in the form of a cheque sent to the address on your booking form. Deductions will be made if required.
